7.Fillers, laxatives should be followed. It should be in the ratio of 4:2,5:2.

8.It should be noted where the contractions and expansions are taking place in the body. The passage should be kept completely on the breath.

9.The air should be slowly and completely without inhaling or exhaling without jerks. Should not be forcibly pressed.
