IRS $725 Stimulus Check: When will California recipients receive their January checks?

In the face of inflation and growing living expenses, economic stimulus programs assist low- and middle-income American families. One such program has been in place in California since the end of December. The Sacramento Family First (FFESP) pilot program, which aims to improve the well-being of children to the eligible families and the less economic inequality, is helping 200 households.

The program will provide a direct monthly payment of $725 for a year, starting on December 15, 2024, and ending on November 15, 2025. Beneficiaries who receive the assistance in the form of a direct deposit into bank accounts associated with tax returns are expected to receive their second payment this Wednesday, January 15.Low-income families with young children who reside primarily in Sacramento and other areas that have been disproportionately impacted by economic challenges will continue to receive priority for the payments.
