A fraction is the number which is expressed in form of a/b, where ‘a’ and ‘b’ are whole Numbers and ‘b’ 0. Now we are going to learn about equivalent Fractions. If we have a pair of fractions, which when converted to their lowest form results to the same fraction, then we say that the fractions are equivalent fraction. Here we are going to learn about finding equivalent fractions. If we are given any fraction say a/b, then in order to find the Equivalent Fractions for the given fraction, we say that the fraction when multiplied and divided by the same number, then changes to the equivalent fraction. As the number of Natural Numbers is infinite, we say that that infinite numbers of equivalent fractions can be formed for the given fraction.
