The equation of a line in Slope Intercept Form is written as shown as: y = m x + c,Where ‘m’ is the Slope of the line which is also named as gradient of a line and ‘c’ is named as the y- intercept of the line. The parameters used in the equation of the line above can be described as:‘y’ is the values on vertical axis.
‘x’ is the values on horizontal axis.‘M’ is the slope or gradient.‘c’ refers to y- intercept that is where the line crosses the y- axis.
